Steel Mountain Moto Supply: Refund & Exchange Policy
At Steel Mountain, we’re a small, two-person team dedicated to getting you geared up. Because we operate on thin margins to keep our prices fair, we have established the following guidelines to keep the gears turning.
1. Returns & Exchanges (Apparel)
We want you to look good in our hats, tees, and hoodies. If the fit isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges under these conditions:

Window: Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached. If it smells like exhaust or has dog hair on it, we can't take it back.

Shipping: As a small shop, we cannot cover return shipping costs at this time. Customers are responsible for the cost of mailing items back to us.
2. Defective or Damaged Gear
If we messed up—meaning the print is wonky or the garment is damaged—we’ll make it right.

Please email us at marcus@steelmountainmoto.com with a photo of the defect within 7 days of receiving the order.

In these cases, we will cover the shipping and get a replacement out to you ASAP at no extra cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To protect our small operation, the following cannot be returned:

Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Gift cards.
-
Items damaged through normal wear and tear or improper washing.
4. Hard Parts Policy (Coming Soon)
Please note that once we begin stocking mechanical parts, these will have a stricter return policy due to the nature of the equipment.

Electrical parts will be non-returnable once opened.

Mechanical parts must be in their original, unopened "manufacturer-sealed" packaging to be eligible for return.
5. How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Send an email to marcus@steelmountainmoto.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Ship It: Once approved, we will provide the return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we can't refund what we don't receive.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus original shipping costs) back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
